*****4.5 STARS******{Netgalley ARC}(BR with Mel)It was almost as if by admitting she’d been afraid of him pulling back, she strengthened the bond between them. Emotion was now involved, and she was caught up in the intricate web of pure want and need for Caleb Pierce. After having finished this story, I’m asking myself why it’s been so long since I’ve picked up a Jennifer Probst book??!! I loved the Marriage to a Billionaire series so much. All I can say is that Ms. Probst has another solid winner in this Billionaire Builders series!! This series centers around three brothers who have just inherited the family business but with a stipulation attached. They must work together for a full year and in that time turn a profit, otherwise, they lose the company. Each brother has a specific talent in the construction/carpentry industry and at one time they were the best of friends but when tragedy fell upon the family six years ago, they all went their separate ways. Caleb Pierce was the only brother that stayed in Harrington to run Pierce Brothers Construction with their father. Now he must find a way to get his brothers, Tristan, and Dalton to work with him to keep the business in the family. He lands a huge job that he wasn’t exactly happy about taking but soon his life is about to get so much more interesting because the interior designer is a Southern belle and spitfire, named Morgan Raines.Morgan is Hollywood’s most sought after interior designer. She has been hired to build the vacation getaway of the latest celebrity ”IT” couple, in the town of Harrington. She has heard that Pierce Brothers Construction is the best of the best, and will stop at nothing to hire them to build her clients’ dream house. She does do something a little shady to ensure that Pierce Brothers takes on her project which ends up causing serious tension between Caleb and herself. This tension turns into the most smoking hot sexual chemistry and the schmexy definitely melted this reader’s panties off!!Morgan was a seriously kickass heroine. She always dressed to impress but when on the job site, she wouldn’t hesitate to put on her pink construction worker boots and pick up a hammer to help out. I loved that she has the same obsession for potato chips as me!! She suffered a great loss when she was just a teenager and it has left a lasting impact on her life. Caleb and Morgan realize that there’s no way they can ignore the attraction they have for each other so they agree to spend time together through the duration of the project and then go their separate ways when it’s over. Will they be able to walk away when the project is finished? Will Morgan’s secret have Caleb running for the hills?Get ready to fall in love ladies!! Each Pierce brother is sexy as hell and will steal your hearts when you meet them. I’m so looking forward to getting more of this delectable series!! EVERYWHERE AND EVERY WAY is currently available. ➦Ladies, if you are looking for a novel that has a hero who's good with his hands... and not only in the bedroom - then look no further! Aw, look at that BIG HAMMER!➦Here we have Caleb, an experienced builder of houses who owns a construction company with two of his (hot!) brothers. And they don't build shacks, mind you, we're talking pretty extravagant projects here. ➦Morgan is a home designer and she has a HUGE project she needs to deliver for a Hollywood celebrity couple. She knows Caleb is the best in the industry and she is determined to have him, no matter the cost. ❤I loved the way the novel started with kind of a love-hate relationship, where Caleb refused to work for Morgan. There was a lot of tension between them. The irritation grew into fascination and into sexual attraction. There was a bit of a chase going on here from both parties.❤The characters are well developed, both Morgan and Pierce have interesting back stories and deal with complications in life. Pierce is trying to mend a relationship with his brothers while trying to keep his company afloat.➦Nothing really irritated me about this novel, it was cute, at times hot, at times very touching. (it even made me tear up at the end) The characters were likable. If you enjoy home decor there are some descriptions of house furniture/furnishings etc.

4.5 Stars!(ARC provided by author)(BR with Patty)Caleb Pierce is the eldest son out of three brother. He has worked for his father since a young age learning the family business. Pierce Brothers Construction has been in his family for generations & it's worth millions. The business has always been Cal's legacy & his future. He's invested everything in this company, & is passionate about building houses. Pierce Brothers has a reputation for being the best & is known as one of the biggest firms in the Northeast for customized building.Cal was always the one to stay by his fathers side. When his dad suddenly passes away, Cal is prepared to take the reins of the company only to learn that his father changed the terms of the will. His dreams of running the company come to a halt when he finds out the will stipulates he must work together with his two younger brothers he hasn't seen in over five years. Dalton & Tristan were once his world, & are now like complete strangers after conflict tore their family apart. Trying to control them from the grave, the will says they must all three live under the same roof & to inherit Pierce Brothers they will need to be co-owners & work side by side for one year. The have to make a profit to keep the company. All the brothers involved in the business, or none at all.As the brothers work to save Pierce Brothers, a sassy southern belle from South Carolina blows into town. Her name is Morgan Raines. Morgan is an interior designer who designs dream homes for wealthy famous clients. Her current clients want a home in Harrington, & Morgan heard Pierce Brothers is the best. She will do whatever it takes to get them to build her clients home. When she meets the contractor, she is extremely attracted to him. He meets every one of her hot construction worker fantasies she could ever think of. He's absolutely mouthwatering gorgeous even if he is a bit of a jerk. They clash at first, but after some time find they work well together. Eventually their attraction can't be denied. They've tried to not mix business with pleasure, but they want each other bad. Morgan has focused on her career for so long, & her sex life took a back seat, but with the way Cal is coming on to her, she can't resist him. They decide to have some fun together while she's in town, & when the job is completed they will part ways. Feelings develop & things get more complicated than either planned for. They both want more & decide to see where things go. I loved this story & can't wait for Dalton & Tristan's books up next! :D

3.5 StarsEverywhere and Every Way is a standalone romance between a construction worker and a home designer. It started off as a lust/hate relationship when Morgan desperately needs Cal to work on a celebrity home, and she talks to his client and gets the project he already had canceled. The writing was really well done, and the dialogue/banter between the characters was spot on. "I'm in a bad mood, princess. Sure you want to take me on now?"She titled her head and regarded him thoughtfully. "Why don't you try me, Charming?"But I couldn't completely love this story because of how slow the narrative was. I often found myself skimming or skipping many paragraphs of thought at a time. And for that reason I found it really hard to connect with the story completely. Cal makes it known he wants Morgan after a while. And she tries to stay away from him, but it's not that easy because Cal has an eight pack. "Her vision was blurred by the perfect male specimen before her that was every female fantasy of a construction worker."Okay, maybe the eight pack isn't the only reason. He's also good with his hands...smart...good with his hands. I mean, who doesn't love a man who can build stuff? There was a slight amount of angst involved and enough of a slow burning, heated tension to keep readers invested. A well-written, if not a bit slow, contemporary romance that I'd recommend if you are in the mood for a drama free and sexy read.

Get it here: Amazon US * Barnes & NobleI'm kind of slapping myself for letting this book sit on my Kindle for almost a year. I got it when it came out and then just kept passing over it for some unknown reason, but I firmly regret doing that. Morgan and Caleb were so different from each other that it made their connection that much stronger. I love these types of romances where the characters have this constant push and pull kind of chemistry and that's exactly how Morgan and Caleb were. The overall feeling that this book gave me was sweet and cute, but it also had some hints of heat and sexiness that I loved seeing. Watching that tension between these characters finally explode was exhilarating and that alone would have me recommending this book. But then you add in the fact that along with this sweet romance you get not one, but three, sexy as hell brothers and it's a huge recommend from me.

This is my sixth Jennifer Probst book, and once again, she did not disappoint. It's only the first book but it already sets up the other story lines in the series perfectly.Everywhere and Every Way follows the oldest Pierce brother, Caleb. Reeling after the death of his controlling father, Caleb gets a rude awakening after his father changed the conditions of his will. Betrayed and hurt, Caleb has no choice but follow the conditions his father had set: work and live with his estranged brothers (they hate his guts) for a year and turn out a profit for the company or lose everything he's worked for.Morgan, design consultant to the stars, is hell bent on hiring the Pierce Brothers to build her client's dream house and doesn't take no for an answer. She plotted and schemed to get Cal and his brothers to say yes. This immediately put Cal and Morgan at odds with each other, which created some really delicious sexual tension throughout the book. But aside from the simmering chemistry between Morgan and Cal, Everywhere and Every Way packs quite an emotional punch, which I did not expect. Morgan, despite the icy demeanor she projects, hides a vulnerable side to her due to some pretty devastating events she went through when she was younger. I was instantly drawn to her character. Some readers might object to what she did to Caleb at the very beginning but I actually loved that bit. Finally, a heroine who isn't afraid to play dirty to get what she wants.Caleb is the perfect Probst hero; gruff, a little aloof and no nonsense. He carried a lot of guilt at the way he handled his brothers. I hated how his father treated him after all the work he's done for him. One of my favorite elements in the book is the way Probst didn't shy away from showing the tenuous and often volatile relationship Cal has with his brothers. But at the same time, she makes it clear to readers know that yes, these guys still love each other but can't stand to be in the same room together yet.Through Morgan and Caleb's POV, we get introduced to some interesting secondary characters, which I believe would play a huge role in the upcoming series. I'm already excited to read Dalton and Tristan's book. There is also an overarching plot line that I feel would be present in all the brothers' books, which I can't wait to see resolved.I truly enjoyed this book and I'm so excited to move forward and read the upcoming stories from this series. Jennifer Probst has dropped subtle and not-so-subtle hints here and there as to who might be paired up with who, and I can't wait to read them.ARC provided by the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

4 StarsOverall Opinion:I liked this more than I thought I would. I have only read one book by this author before, The Marriage Bargain, but that was back in 2013. So even though I liked it back then, I wasn't sure what type of book I was getting into and if I'd like it now. I enjoyed it! I thought the banter and chemistry felt natural and fun, and even though I wanted more at the end (like I always do) -- I was left feeling happy about the book. It is a good one for in between heavy books, or if you just want a feel-good story. I'll actually be looking into the other books in the series to see what happened with the other brothers :)Brief Summary of the Storyline:This is Morgan and Cal's story. Cal's Dad passes away and makes him work with his estranged brothers to save his construction company. He meets Morgan when she manipulates him into taking her job of building a dream house for a celebrity couple. She works as the middle-(wo)man between the celebrities and the building crew. They bump heads for a little bit, but end up forming a nice and respectful working relationship. Cal proposes that they take their relationship to the next level and enjoy each other's company for the time they have. They do, and eventually fall in love. There is some family and past baggage to get through, as well as some sexy and laugh out loud moments...and they get a HFN ending.POV: This alternated between focusing on Morgan and Cal in 3rd person narrative.Overall Pace of Story:Good. I never skimmed, and it flowed well.Instalove: No, they take a while in developing stronger feelings.H rating: 4 stars. Cal. He was grumpy, sweet, and alpha. I liked him.h rating: 4 stars. Morgan. She was tough, sweet, and sassy. I liked her.Sadness level: Low. No tissues needed.Push/Pull: Yes, but little (view spoiler)[ The h is hesitant because they work together, so she pushes away for a little while. The H is the main pursuer.(hide spoiler)]Heat level: They have some good chemistry and scenes.Descriptive sex: Yes.Safe sex: Yes. Mentions of condoms. I don't remember any mention of previous practices.OW/OM drama: NoSex scene with OW or OM: NoCheating:NoSeparation: NoPossible Triggers: Yes (view spoiler)[h had cervical cancer and had to have hysterectomy when she was 18, and loss of a parent (both past and present in prologue).(hide spoiler)]Closure:This had good closure with a cute epilogue. I would still call it a HFN even though many might say it was a HEA (view spoiler)[ they get engaged(hide spoiler)]. I still would've loved more in a (further) jump ahead epilogue to see their HEA. I'm guessing we might see more of the couple in the next books in the series. How I got it: I got it loan through my public library.Safety: I'd say that this should be Safe for most readers.(view spoiler)[- Does Not have cheating- Does Not have a descriptive sex scene with OW/OM-Does have the h pushing the H away very briefly-Does Not have a separation between the h and H-Does Not have abuse-Does Not have OTT sad parts- Does Not have a HEA ending (hide spoiler)]

“I’m in a bad mood, princess. Sure you want to take me on now?”She tilted her head and regarded him thoughtfully. “Why don’t you try me, Charming?” Caleb Pierce’s father has just died. And his will has forced the three estranged brothers to live and work together for a year. Which is not going to be easy, as Caleb is used to being the one in control and things did not end well between the brothers when the other two left town almost five years ago. He also has the frustration of having to work with the icy Morgan Raines on a house he did not want to build. But what starts as hostility soon turns into respect and so much more. Morgan Raines learned at a very young age that life isn’t always roses. She has worked hard to prove her worth in her career, and she is determined to get the job done no matter what she has to do. What she doesn’t have time for is her unwanted attraction to Caleb. She never mixes business with pleasure, and will try with everything she has to remain true to her rule. His body craved to know hers like a song he wanted to learn from beginning to end and never stop singing. But the sparks that fly between Morgan and Caleb is hard to ignore, and soon they are giving in to their chemistry. Have they found their HEA at last, or will this just lead to heartbreak? I really liked Caleb. He was tough and controlling, and had no idea how to fix what was broken between him and his brothers. And I’ve always found a guy who knows his way around power tools to be very sexy ;-)It took a while for me to like Morgan. I didn’t appreciate the dirty methods she pulled in order to force Caleb to work with her. She did however improve as the book progressed and in the end I did like her mixture of toughness and vulnerability. “Problem is, I’m not thinking very proper thoughts when I look at you. I keep thinking about messing you up. Getting dirty. Making you scream. Stuff like that.”I enjoyed the romance. The banter between Caleb and Morgan was funny and I really liked that Caleb was a bit of a dirty talker ;-) (view spoiler)[ Unfortunately I was disappointed with Caleb at the end. After he told her he loved her, and when Morgan finally told him her secret of not being able to have kids, he said he needed to think if he would have regrets being with her when it meant he could not have kids of his own. How can he really love her if she’s not all he needed to be happy? And he only saw the light when his brothers told him how stupid he was. Ugh. (hide spoiler)] My favorite part of this book was the secondary characters and the relationship between the brothers. I really liked Tristan and Dalton. Tristan is so prim and proper with his fancy suits and fancy wine, and Dalton with his ladies-man reputation. Then there’s Sydney, Caleb’s assistant who seems to have a history with Tristan, and I can’t wait to find out what it is. And Raven the new owner of the bar My Place, who seems to be the only woman immune to Dalton’s charm. I’m pretty sure their book is going to be so much fun!I also loved Caleb’s dogs, Gandalf and Balin!! I always enjoy animals in books and I just fell in love with these two, especially Gandalf with his cute way of playing dead in order to get treats :-DThis was a solid introduction to a new series, and I can’t wait to read the next books.

3.5 StarsCal Pierce is forced to work with his two estranged brothers, Dalton and Tristan, after his father dies, per an iron-clad will. There’s bad blood between these brothers and they haven’t been around each other much for the past six years. They’ve got one year to work it out and turn a profit or they lose the family business. Morgan is an interior designer with high end clientele, and is known for making dreams homes into reality through her work. Her current project will be her most demanding which is why she wants Pierce Brothers with their uncompromising reputation to build the house. When she meets Cal Pierce there’s an immediate, fierce attraction. He’s not the most handsome man she’s met, but he exudes a rough masculinity that calls to her! Cal is attracted, as well. Morgan seems like a too perfect Southern Belle who needs a little messing up. This story started off slow for me, and it wasn’t until the 50% mark that I became fully invested in the characters and the romance. Part of that was because Morgan and Cal danced around each other up until that point. My other issue was the page time devoted to details of building and decorating, and getting sidetracked with other characters instead of focusing on Morgan and Cal’s relationship. I will say once Cal and Morgan got together it was pretty steamy! Cal was a serious guy, mostly involved with the Pierce Brothers Construction business, and not a player at all, and I adored him! Even though I wasn’t thrilled with how Morgan maneuvered things in the beginning, she quickly grew on me. She went through something pretty horrific at a young age, and dealt with heartbreak, but she got through it stronger, finding happiness in excelling at her business. No wallowing in self-pity for Morgan. I admire people with a strong work ethic who take pride in doing a job right, and both Morgan and Cal had that in common. The brotherly connection was a struggle for me, and until very late in the story I didn’t know if they could work things out. I really couldn’t blame Cal for monitoring Dalton in the business. Dalton acted like a child for the most part and I wouldn’t have trusted him on his own either. As for their personal issues, I wish I would’ve known the details earlier on so I didn’t have such a bad impression of Dalton for most of the book. By the end, though, I was sold on them becoming a family again, and happy with how things turned out.A copy was kindly provided by Gallery Books via Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

4 Hot, Sweet and Build me up StarsI’m super excited for this new Jennifer Probst series. I haven’t read a Jennifer Probst book in a while and I forget how fun her books are. The Billionaire Builders series is the next new light warm-hearted read to watch out for the summer season.I’m addicted to HGTV and I love anything that deals with renovations so you give me a book with a family of brothers that works on houses, well I’m all over that. Everywhere and Every way is a standalone and features one of the three brothers, this is Caleb’s story.Caleb is the oldest brother and his father just died. Caleb did not inherit the family business. His father put a condition in the will, Caleb can out right own the business, but he must work with his two brothers for the first year to make the business successful. The only problem, Caleb and his brothers aren’t on speaking terms.I really like the brother dynamics. I felt like it added another element to the book. Caleb’s brother, Dalton and Tristan play huge roles in the book and I can’t wait for their stories.Morgan is more than an interior designer. She acts like the middle man between her Hollywood clients and the builders. She is now working with Caleb on her latest project, but the only problem is that Caleb doesn’t want to work with her.Morgan is a strong girl and very professional. She dresses nice and is paid well for her services. She will do anything to land Caleb as her builder for her client’s house. I found her refreshing and great compliment to Caleb. Caleb is rough and he’s a builder and loves the outdoors. Don’t they make a great couple?Morgan tries very hard to seem aloof towards Caleb’s charms since she is always professional and she’s been burned in the past. I love Caleb’s attraction towards Morgan and although he doesn’t want anything serious that doesn’t stop him from pursuing Morgan. What I love best about this story is that the author gives you a lot to work with. You get a lot of build up with characters and you are immersed in the story. I love reading the problems Caleb had with his brothers. I love reading the tension between Morgan and Caleb and I love reading about the house being built, it was completely my kind of book. Everywhere and Every Way by Jennifer Probst in a 2016 Gallery Books publication. I was provided a copy of this book as an XOXpert, the official street team of XOXO After Dark. I really love Jennifer Probst and her fearlessness when approaching emotional and difficult topics. This book is no exception, but this time I just couldn’t get into the story like I have with Jennifer’s previous efforts. Morgan’s rich and famous clients need a custom built home, so she hires the best contractors around… The Pierce Brothers.Caleb, Tristan, and Dalton are being forced to work and live together for at least a year after their father dies and leaves a stern stipulation in his will that could cost Caleb everything he has worked so hard to achieve if they don't turn a profit.Although, his brothers come through for him, they continue to harbor resentment toward one another and are constantly bickering. But, with their backs against a wall, they have no choice but accept the job Morgan Raines offers them. Morgan and Caleb dislike each other at first sight, but soon find first impressions are not always the right ones. A strong chemistry develops between them that has them contemplating the mixture of business and pleasure, and we all know that’s not always a good idea. But, the fling soon develops into something deeper, something closely resembling a relationship, which will force Morgan to tell Caleb something painful, which could be the ultimate deal breaker. First of all, I loved the banter between Morgan and Caleb, especially in the beginning when their flirtation first develops, but Morgan got all the best lines. Morgan is funny, sharp as a whip, is a nice southern lady, but can hang with the guys just as easily. I really liked her spunk and thought she was a lot of fun. Caleb on the other hand was a control freak, but also very misunderstood by his brothers. I did feel bad for him on a few occasions, especially since one of his own brothers seemingly betrayed him in the worst way possible. But, other than that, he was a little bland. The brothers’ arguments were childish and I grew bored with their whiny self-absorption and pettiness. Morgan’s issues are much heavier and very emotional, and really could throw a person a serious curveball. But, these heavier issues did not float around for long, and the story maintained its lighter tone in no time, which might have been a part of the problem. I think most of the conflict was between Caleb and his brothers, while Morgan’s more serious issues were a little glossed over and not given the weight they deserved, especially since it could have such a huge impact on the couple’s future together. I suppose my inability to connect with Caleb dampened my enthusiasm for the romantic elements and his personal story, while tragic and puzzling, failed to stir my emotions. So far, Tristian and Dalton have not managed to excite me either, but I am mildly curious about how their stories will pan out. For me, Morgan stole the show, and was the main reason this story kept me interested. This story does have its moments and is lightly entertaining, but there was nothing here that really stands out over any other contemporary romance out there. So, this novel is one of those middle of the road reads for me. Not great, but not bad either. 3 stars

I’m a big fan of Jennifer Probst’s Searching For books and have been looking for a new series to dive into, so when I learned of this new one, I couldn’t—and didn’t—wait to read. I jumped right in, and found myself falling in love with the argumentative and stubborn Pierce brothers…Everywhere and Every Way is the perfect starting point for the Billionaire Builders series. Amusing, light-hearted and sexy, with just a hint of angst, it easily and deftly introduces us to characters who are sure to win hearts (and melt panties) as they journey towards true love. They certainly did mine. The premise is a pretty simple but enjoyable one. Caleb Pierce, thanks to his late father, now has to share his business with his two brothers, neither of whom he has spoken to in years. And amid that drama, Cal also takes on the controlling and demanding Morgan Raines as a client.Sparks absolutely fly when Caleb and Morgan meet—the first time, and every time thereafter. They’re a LOT of fun together, with their flirty, needling banter, name-calling, head-butting and general (initial) dislike of one another. Ms. Probst did a fabulous job of making this hate-to-love tale one that was believable and likeable, despite Morgan’s occasionally shady practices, and Cal’s complete disregard, at times, for the opinions of those around him.In fact, I loved both of them. Even their flaws failed to irk me, as I watched them work together—to build a house, and a future…together. Cal was an ideal mix of sweaty, hard-working alpha man and kind, considerate and open-minded lover. He didn’t push, nor was he afraid of those dreaded words, ‘I’m sorry.’ Likewise, Morgan was a sassy and sweet Southern woman, one who was strong, and yet, vulnerable enough to make you want to see her fall into Cal’s arms—and his bed. There were a couple of moments that felt like progress was about to be made, and then...I was confounded by a move forward in the timeline that left me wondering what had happened, and why certain discussions were put off. It was a slight skewing of the pacing, which pushed the story forward, while somehow making it drag just a touch. Still, Ms. Probst managed to enthrall and engage me with these characters, and when the tension came to a head and decisions had to be made, I was very much left feeling like everything happened how and when it was supposed to.I am looking forward to reading more about these brothers, mining their secrets, watching them fight and fall and, yeah, fuck. Because, whew, this author certainly knows how to make a reader squirm. Real progress was made in the relationships in this book, and I want to see them through to the end, so there is no doubt that I will be back for Dalton’s book. Sounds like I’ve found the new series I’ve been Searching For. ~ Beth, 4.5 stars

Another sweet contemporary romance by Jennifer Probst. Three hot construction brothers (tapping into my HGTV Property Brothers obsession) ✔A sassy proper southern lady that can hold her own with a male dominated construction crew and said hot contruction brothers ✔When Morgan, home designer to the stars, needs the best of the best to build the house of her current demanding celebrity couple, she makes sure she gets the Pierce Brothers to do it even if she has to bend the rules to get them to agree.Caleb Pierce and his brothers were torn apart due to the circumstances of the sudden death of their mother. The death of their father throws them back together and forces them to work together in order to keep Pierce Brothers Construction. Morgan and Caleb didn't have a great start but slowly as they work together, they have a respect for each other's work ethics and slowly get to know each other. The attraction is there but Morgan is focused only on her career. I have to say that Caleb was a very patient man and even though the attraction was there...he never pushed her and it allowed her to come to terms with their attraction at her pace. Cal is that all around terrific guy who's good looking, manly, reliable, but also wasn't afraid to show his feelings. He is that great guy you know you can count on, who is honest, sexy, and I felt like he can make it all better just by wrapping his arms around you. Morgan was a bit icy at first but was able to trust and rely on Cal and his brothers. She's had to deal with some things in her past which made her laser focus on her work instead of her personal life. Morgan and Cal are able to share their passion professionally as well as for each other. It really is a perfect match. He'd had more fun building this house than he'd had in a long time. Working with Morgan brought a freshness and creativity to the site, along with a hard-core work ethic he respected. He looked forward to seeing her every day in her white khakis and pink work boots. She wasn't above doing a coffee run for the crew, and she handled the masculine environment with ease. He liked seeing her in the office and Sydney or bantering with his brothers.Their relationship took a while to develop but once it did, it just felt natural and sweet and they didn't fight it. They just rolled with it and they discovered that what they had was something special. He wasn't a man to give love easily. But once he did, Morgan knew she'd be his own personal queen, because that was the way he made her feel every day and every time he looked at her. I'm on a sweet, low angst lighter read mood lately and this was just the right amount of sweet with enough character development and interesting plot to satisfy my current reading mood. The side story of the three brothers being so close growing up and then being at odds and torn apart and finally getting to a place of mending their relationship has me invested and I can't wait to get more of this series and get the others' stories because Jennifer Probst left just enough dangling carrot of what's upcoming to make me antsy to read what's next.

Okay so I was away at a library conference this weekend and somehow was able to read FIVE FUCKING BOOKS. Do you guys know how excited that makes me? It was pure freaking bliss. I mean yeah, they might have all been shorter, quick paced romances but who cares! I loved almost every single one of them and am on a reading high because of it.So because I have so many to review, I'm not going all in on any of them (probably). Things I have to say about this one: -It reminded me a LOT of the Inn BoonsBoro series with the three brothers that build things--only without the paranormal element. It's actually really funny because during this book, Morgan is reading the series. There a lot of little pop culture references thrown in that I really liked.-Not a lot of drama at the end which is really nice-It touched on the subject of infertility (she had had to get her uterus removed at a younger age due to cancer) which I thought was amazing. Not many books go anywhere close to there with the heroine wanting to be in love but also being afraid of what her MC will say, knowing he's always wanted a family-Caleb was all male and so super sexy and Morgan held her own with the guys while still being feminine--they were a great couple.Basically I really enjoyed this and while it didn't blow me away, it had me smiling and laughing on numerous occasions and I will DEFINITELY be going back to read the rest of the series

This wasn't a bad book, but unfortunately it didn't wow me either. There was just a bit too much talk about house-building. I'm not really interested in how houses are built or how interior desigh works. So even though I liked characters and their romance, the background storyline felt a bit boring to me.

Coffee dates with Everywhere and Every WayFirst Date: Caleb Pierce thought he had it all and would one day head the family contracting business but after the reading of his father’s will, that prospect seems impossible. Caleb is determined to make it work and protect the one thing his mother left them. To do that he will have to get his estranged brothers to work with him. Tensions are high, barbs are being thrown and I am all in. I adore sibling stories, ok I adore brothers and the Pierce brothers are as different as night and day. Things get even more complicated when designer Morgan Raines hires Caleb to build a custom high-end home to her exact specifications. While they are attracted to each other, their relationship has a complicated beginning filled with snark, tension and power plays. Despite carrying a secret filled with pain, Morgan is a strong southern woman who continued to surprise me throughout the tale. All proper, demanding and complicated she is the perfect match for Caleb.Between the brothers, their business and the promise of an intense, deliciously hot romance I am all in. Not to mention the story is being narrated by the dreamy voice of York. Can anyone say Eargasm?Second date: Banter, snark, construction workers, pink shoes and cute mischievous dogs have me devouring Everywhere and Every Thing. Their story is delivered in dual perspectives and being inside Caleb’s head is F-I-N-E fine. I will readily admit I am smitten. The man is honorable, sweet, naughty, and smart. Fans of Property Brothers on HGTV will love the brothers/construction side of this story and Morgan had me drooling as she revealed design plans. Delicious tension, stolen kisses and talks of potato chips had me swooning, laughing and enjoying the ride. Probst knows how to weave a story and kept things fresh. I loved how these two battled their attraction until it exploded. Both are control freaks who mentally set limits on the relationship and I was anxious to see their limits all go to hell.Third date: The romance between Morgan and Caleb heats up and their feelings move beyond attraction. Between moments of laughter and discovery, they ignite with a passion that heated my earbuds. I loved how balanced the story was between the brothers and the romance. She weaved them together brilliantly, and hinted at things to come as she made me fall for all of them. The relationship is delivered a blow when Morgan reveals something, but Probst kept the angst low all while having me hold my breath. Do the brothers meet the terms of the contract? Will Caleb find his happy? Are the brothers united? Grab your earbuds and find out!Copy provided by publisher. This review was originally posted on Caffeinated Book Reviewer

If you are ever in the mood for a sweet romantic read then you cannot go past this author. Jennifer has perfected the art of writing great romance stories. Everywhere and Every Way is the first book in her new Billionaire Builders series which is based around three brothers who co-own the Pierce Brothers Building Company. This first one focuses on Caleb.Caleb has been working alongside his father in the family business for a number of years but without the help of his brothers for the past five years. The three boys had a huge falling out which saw them all go their separate ways after the death of their mother. Caleb’s father is not an easy person to work with and he feels the pressure to prove he is up to the challenge daily. After all, one day he will be the sole owner of the family business. Or so he thought. An unexpected clause in their father’s will completely flips Caleb’s plans on its head and he finds himself in a situation he is not happy about. His brothers Tristan and Dalton are not happy either, it seems that even from the grave their father is still manipulating them all. However, looking at this from a different perspective, this could be just what they need to repair the severed bonds between them all. “The company is not allowed to be split among the three of you. In order to inherit Pierce Brothers, all of you must run the company together as co-owners.”As the boys learn to adjust to working together again, they begin work on a huge project that could be the making of their company. This is when Morgan Raines enters their life. More importantly, she is about to completely change Caleb’s life. Right from the first time they meet Caleb realizes that there is just something about Morgan. She has that special something that Caleb has been missing in his life until now. He wasn’t looking, which makes it all the sweeter to find it with Morgan. However, convincing this strong willed, career focused woman to take a chance on him will be harder than he thinks but he is up for the challenge. I really loved the slow build-up between Caleb and Morgan. I think I was just as excited about their first kiss as they were! They just felt so right together and the chemistry between them was smoking hot!“Do you know how many bad things I want to do to you?” She shuddered. Licked her lips. “Then do them.”I should also mention that there are unshaved legs, two gorgeous dogs, the other hot brothers, a few family skeletons and some other simmering attractions that really set the scene for the rest of this series and I can’t wait. 

DNF.To all the "Nopes" I've "noped" before. NO. N-to-the-mutha-effin-O.I tried. I reaaaally wanted to love this. But I couldn't. This was pitched to me as "HGTV meets Property Brothers meets romance". But if this book had been a show on HGTV, I would've changed the channel halfway through. (But only cause I couldn't find the remote.) I tried to love this almost as hard as this book tried to be good. The intent was there; I could see what the author was trying to do, but somehow between chapter 1 and chapter whatever-the-fuck (where I DNF'd) it fell short. The plot felt contrived, and lackluster to boot. I just didn't connect with the story at all. The heroine: meh. The Hero: clichéd alpha (underwhelming) male. (More like, alpha MEH-L.) I couldn't even find the fun in the steamy moments, either. Even those were uninteresting. AND FOR FUCK'S SAKE, if I had to read the phrase "her slick folds" one more time, I was bound to "fold" this book into the rubbish bin. I think the only thing that intrigued me most was the family angle/dynamic between the three brothers, because 3 hot burly men who know their way around a tool bench? Who could say no to that?Turns out, ME. I CAN SAY NO TO THAT. I couldn't even allow myself to finish it on audio, as it was TERRIBLE. The female narrator was monotoned, and boring. (I can't for the life of me understand why there were two narrators, as this book was written in third person POV...)

Not everyone's issues are psychological. And not everyone's journey to a blissful romance and happiness is along the same route. The romance writers are still just breaking the mold of the HEA that is all about the picket fence and the 2.5 kids. Even the ones about the gritty underbelly of the world end up in cute, chubby children and a large homely home. Well Everywhere and Everywhere isn't about that. AT ALL. I am not going to give up the plot here but I just want to thank Jennifer Probst for writing a story of this sort.At the risk of being totally vague, i have to say this that the topic that she dealt with isn't funny, it's not about a hip independent life. It is about something you can't change and learning to accept that yourself. And not be apologetic about it. Because there is nothing to be sorry for! And knowing that you have other options. MANY options for finding your own HEA. It may not be typical but it is your own. Oh geez. Miss Probst- you are on my christmas list.

4 stars! This is a sweet, fun, easy and low-angst read that is a blend of the HGTV building/renovating shows that I love, and Jennifer Probst’s no-nonsense, sweet and steamy romance. A truly enjoyable read, and I loved it.Caleb Pierce is a builder working with his father in the family’s luxury construction business. When his tyrannical father dies suddenly, Caleb and his two estranged younger brothers are brought back together for the first time since their family fell apart after the death of their mother. It is then that they learn that a stipulation in their father’s will states that the three of them have to live and work together for a year, running the Pierce Brothers Construction, and make it turn a profit. If they don’t, the business will be sold out from underneath them. The company is Caleb’s life, and he is the best at what he does, and he convinces his two reluctant brothers, Tristan and Dalton, to stay with him and see the year through. Morgan Raines is the go-to designer for wealthy celebrities. She takes on building projects from start to finish, overseeing every minute detail of her client’s jobs and delivering the luxurious homes of their dreams. For her latest job, Pierce Brothers is the only company that she wants for the job and she’ll stop at nothing to get them. Caleb and Morgan clash from the very beginning. Not only is Caleb already irritable from the constant bickering with his brothers, but then a sassy, spoiled designer is in town demanding that he work with her… um, no thanks. But when he realises that her project could be the key to saving his company, he puts his personal feelings aside and dives into the daunting task of building a luxury home in just 5 months. I loved the dynamic between Caleb and Morgan. They argue, but there is a grudging respect between them as they both recognise the others’ skills, and of course there’s a raging attraction that adds delicious sexual tension. The chemistry absolutely sizzles as they both try to ignore the pull between them. Until it proves impossible, and Caleb suggests that they hook up for the duration of the project.“Problem is, I’m not thinking very proper thoughts when I look at you. I keep thinking about messing you up. Getting dirty. Making you scream. Stuff like that.”There is hotness and sexy time galore, and Caleb and Morgan soon find themselves in way over their heads as their mad physical attraction to each other becomes something so much more meaningful than either of them ever expected. And thank God and Jennifer Probst that they don’t mess around with it. They admit what they’re feeling, they talk about what they want and they just go with it, both eager to explore what they could have together. And I love that!He wasn't a man to give love easily. But once he did, Morgan knew she'd be his own personal queen, because that was the way he made her feel every day and every time he looked at her.I loved these characters. Caleb is an alpha who works hard, takes pride in what he does, and who goes after what he wants. He’s not all that big on talking about his feelings, but I loved seeing the soft side of him come out as he falls for Morgan, and reconnects with his brothers. And Morgan is a great character. She’s also a hard worker who is smart strong and no-nonsense, and I loved how she lived her life on her terms, but was still completely open to being a part of Caleb’s life, and all that that entailed. But their project is coming to an end and Morgan is due to leave town. And there’s part of her past that Caleb doesn’t know about that could be a deal breaker. It’s a journey for them as they figure out what they want and how to make it work, and it was a joy watching it all play out. As a fan of all things renovation, I really liked the building side part of the story, and I enjoyed how it tied in so closely with the romance. It’s a huge part of who Caleb and Morgan are, so it makes sense that it’s a focus of the book and I thought it was balanced really well. It’s also a major part of Caleb’s relationships with his brothers, and that was really nicely explored. I loved delving into their pasts, seeing the issues that tore them apart and watching them finally start to bridge the gap and become a part of each other’s lives again. And Morgan’s part in that was also really nicely done. I really enjoyed this book. It’s an easy read which is mercifully low on drama yet has a nice amount of emotion, and I loved the characters and their romance. It’s a strong start to a new series, and with hints dropped about future books, I’m really excited to read Dalton and Tristan’s stories.4 stars.

[email protected] 31%I might just be me or it might be the book but this relationship just didn't work. Funny story how I got to reading this. So I got this cause a couple of my friends had read it and what with the raving reviews it was a no brainer. But that's not why I started reading this. Now around the time I added this I added Miss Fix-It too and they have pretty similar plots. You can guess what happened next. Yeah. I got the blurbs all mixed up and started reading this and expecting a different story so it's entirely possible this failure's entirely on my part.*shrugs*Whatever ain't no chocolate lost from my cake.I ddin't like our MCs. Right from page 1.Page-freakin-ONE!Having such limited time as I already do to read, i thought it best to just let it go and move on to greener pastures. Now if only I can find greener pastures.Goody...

This review was originally posted at The Book Nympho Madeleine Maby and Sebastian York are two of my favorite narrators, so listening to Everywhere and Every Way was a no brainer. I have a few of Jennifer Probst books on my TBR pile (audios actually) but this was my first time experiencing her writing, and I loved it! Her voice and these two narrators were a pairing made in romance heaven. Everywhere and Every Way is told through both Caleb and Morgan's point of view with York narrating Caleb's and Maby narrating Morgan's POV. Everywhere and Every Way starts out with the brothers being brought back together after being apart for 6 years, over the death of their father. The father was a real jerk and had it put in his will that the family's building company must be run by all three brothers for one year or they would lose it. While the brothers work through their issues they learn to become the business partners they were raised to be. There's funny moments and heartbreaking moments while they get their family drama under control. As the family mends broken fences, Caleb's heart opens up to Morgan. But Morgan has past trauma to work through too and the relationship that she and Caleb start hits a rocky patch but in the end, they get their HEA along with the Pierce brothers getting their family back plus the addition of Morgan. Jennifer Probst has started a great new series with Everywhere and Every Way and I have some ideas of what the future brings for the other brothers so I can't wait to see if I'm right. Romance readers who love small town romances that include the whole family will love Everywhere and Every Way. I highly recommend you experience it on audio! I have to wait until January for Any Time and Any Place?! Ugh, the wait will be long.

Everywhere and Every Way by Jennifer Probst4 stars!!!“Beautifying the world one house at a time.”Jennifer Probst never fails to deliver with her cute romances and to die for heroes and Everywhere and Every Way is no different. This is the first book in a series and introduces all three of the Pierce brothers while mainly concentrating on Cal’s story. The Pierce family was ripped apart five years ago when their mum died in a car accident while running off with another man, leaving her three boys and her husband behind. Their father became cold and controlling and the hostile atmosphere and the differences of opinions led to the Pierce family being torn apart and the three brothers went their separate ways. Caleb, the oldest son stayed behind and worked with his father at the family construction company and Caleb had not seen his brothers since. Fast forward five years and the dad has passed, unbeknown to Caleb having changed his will beforehand. Now the brothers must live and work together, turn a profit in a year, else the company gets dissolved. It seems their Dad’s final wish was that his sons reunite and become a family once again. A lot of mud and water has passed under the bridge; will the Pierce siblings be able to let bygones be bygones? This story focuses on Caleb or Cal for short. He was the brother left behind and the one that has been running Pierce Construction with his Dad. He has been under his control for years and has taken the rough with the smooth and now having to let his absentee siblings in on the action is hard to stomach, Caleb feels like he has been sucker punched and he doesn’t give up easily. He needs new perspective and to not live in the past, but a lot has happened and a lot is going to happen.“Of course, the man was a raw specimen of primitive male, from his rock-hard body to those come-and-let-me-do-very-bad-things-to-you eyes.”Morgan is a design consultant to the rich and famous and the celebrities of Hollywood, she takes a client’s vision and creates from the ground up. She sources the land, architects, builders, describes the house she envisions and is hands on from design to construction. It is after this that her creative flair takes over and she furnishes and decorates with a flourish. Morgan is headstrong and confident, she takes no crap from anyone and for a woman who thrives in a man’s world she has tough skin and is not afraid to give as good as she gets. I loved her attitude and her ability to bring even the toughest of men to their knees. She talked a good talk but she could back it up tenfold. There was nothing to not love about her. She has had a tough time in the past, but she has found her niche and is making the most of it and the Pierce brothers are not going to come between her and her end goals…well, maybe Cal…“So, Morgan had done the only logical thing women did to keep themselves from falling into bed with a man. She hadn’t shaved her legs.”What I loved about this book was the way that Jennifer Probst delivered a romance that was not just a romance. Throughout this story was the back story of the siblings, what had happened in their past and how it was now affecting their present and future. How nothing was cured with a band aid and all their issues and problems were at the forefront and not swept under a rug. There was no instant fix, they had to work through everything. Sometimes it was messy, sometimes it was hard but they worked at it slowly but surely.Cal and Morgan together were hot, their chemistry was on point and their relationship believable. Morgan’s issues constantly plague her but she keeps them too herself until the right time. I adored the dogs, there was some fantastic dialogue that had me laughing my head off so all in all there is something for everyone.“Morgan hurried out of the house like ghosts were chasing her. And they were. The ghosts of the past, and the ghosts of regrets.”Secondary characters all played their part and really cemented this as a page turner. I had a few inklings about one character and after the end of this book I am super intrigued. My first thoughts were correct and it seems we are going to have a bit of suspense to look forward to. I can’t wait for Dalton and Tristan’s book and with this added plot line I can see developing they can’t come quick enough.“His Southern magnolia was really a hot house rose, and he loved every fucking moment.”www.theromancecover.com

I’ll be the first to say that I don’t particularly know anything about construction and I don’t watch Property Brothers, but I was excited to see how Ms. Probst would bring that to life in the Billionaire Builders series. I can’t say that I loved Everywhere and Every Way, but it was a good read and a good introduction to the Pierce brothers and their upcoming books. When his father dies, Caleb expects to inherit Pierce Brothers Construction, so he’s shocked when his father’s will states that he won’t get the company unless he works with his two younger, estranged brothers. It’s tough work to convince them, but Tristan and Dalton finally give in to working at their family’s company, despite the fact that the three of them can’t seem to have a conversation that doesn’t end in a fight. Their newest assignment is to build a magnificent home for Morgan Raines’ client, and even though it seems like an impossible feat, the brothers try to find a way to work with each other.Morgan is a tough, independent, career-driven woman, and she gets hands-on when working on a construction site, to the shock of the builders. She’s reluctantly attracted to one of the Pierce brothers, but she’s determined to remain professional, despite how irresistible Caleb is. Caleb himself doesn’t make it easy for Morgan, determined to get her into his bed. But as they spend more time together working on the house, feelings start to get involved, and it’s Caleb who tries to make Morgan see how good they could be together. This was a sweet, if slow contemporary romance. I really enjoy the way Jennifer Probst builds up her romances, and though Caleb and Morgan’s was a little too slow for my taste, I still did enjoy reading their story. I’m especially excited to see where the author will take us with Tristan and Dalton’s stories. 4.5 starsThis was such a sweet story. I'm so happy! Loved the characters, the fun bickering, the dogs, and the heat! Awesome read!Morgan and Caleb were so great. They had such strong personalities that created seriously fun animosity and bickering. They had great chemistry, sparks flew! Totally enjoyed the innuendo, that was a great element. It was really fun watching Morgan and Caleb come together and letting their guards down as they opened up. The emotional elements mixed in were great. I thought this had a nice, slow burn happening. There was so much sexual tension, it was simmering. Loved that build to them really connecting. Super hot! It was just a highly entertaining, well rounded read. Caleb’s brothers, Tristan and Dalton, were fantastic! Loved their distinct personalities and the story all the brothers had going on. So much tension! It was really wonderful watching the brothers come to terms with certain things from their past as they reconnect and heal. Even though this is a standalone story, I've got two major questions swirling in my head about some other characters that were introduced. I'm excited to find out more because I'm thinking they're going to be in future stories. I know one will for sure in the next book Any Time, Any Place. Can’t wait! This was my first Jennifer Probst book and I really enjoyed the writing and will definitely read her again. It had a good build and nice details being laid out. I was invested and enjoyed it. I thought the pace was steady and moved along well. It was pretty drama free, definitely a lighter read in my opinion. It’s a feel good, leave you happy and smiling type of book. The perfect beach read!Complimentary copy received for honest review.

Been a while since Ive read anything by Jennifer Probst. It's a definite treat and as delightful as always. This time the sceneario it's like Fixer Upper meets Property Brothers only with a contractor for a hero and interior design/house stylist heroine. Caleb Pierce is no Scott brother, he is grumpy, strict, hot headed but a fair guy and hardworking. Pretty simple guy, no fuss and blue collar all the way but an expert. At first glance Morgan Raines is his exact opposite, pristine, Southern belle type, clean cut. But actually she knows what she wants, spirited, ambitious, stubborn but works for it.Pierce Brothers well they have seen eye to eye in a while but this project is one they need so they need to get along. Good thing for Sydney a co worker who keeps them in line and Morgan who creates a distraction. I like Cal's vision for building homes, very organic and a true home. Morgan maybe meticulous but she's good at her job. A woman in a man's world but she's not afraid to get dirty, going through a lot before she can hack it. Cal and Morgan has a lively banter yet it builds the tension and then of course their day to day dynamic. One thing's for sure both are passionate about their job and the work ethic. Plus I can relate to the huge loveable dogs they added some lightness to it all.Aside from the budding romance, the brothers inability to get along comes into play a lot. Well that's family drama for you once close knit now dysfunctional over past hurts and resentment. Of course though they'd make interesting stories of their own and they are being set up with hints. It was fun, witty, sexy, and heartfelt and I quite enjoyed it a lot. The drama isn't heavy and resolved well. The writing is very Probst all the way and a wonderful start to a new series.

3.5 starsI've enjoyed a few other books by Jennifer, so I was excited to read this one. I liked Morgan and Cal together. Their banter was fun and their chemistry was off the charts. I liked that Morgan wasn't afraid to get dirty and build things. I was intrigued that she only wore shades of white and I don't remember that ever being explained. Maybe there wasn't a reason, but it was mentioned in every single description of her clothes...The secondary cast of characters were fun and I'm interested in the other stories for the brothers, especially Tristan. Of course it's a little dramatic and fairly predictable, but it was a fun, quick read. **Huge thanks to Gallery Books for providing the arc free of charge**

4.0 Princess and Charming StarsI do not know where to begin with my review as I am just lost for a moment here after reading the book because well, I was left with a smile on my face after a binge read the book. I must admit Jennifer Probst is one of my most anticipated authors and knowing she's got to have an upcoming release to a brand new series made me jump in glee and boy I waited patiently when I could keep my hands on the book. The author did not disappoint though. With the blurb you'll get to know what the story is all about. Man, red hot siblings as builders?? You gotta be kidding me! What the eff!!! That's just so effing hot and seriously my anticipation just gets stronger as I could not wait more than enough to finally read the story. And surely, Morgan and Caleb's journey to happily ever after is just quite engaging and worth reading. Well, take this.. a grumpy eldest brother of three meets a sassy, fighter, strong but an adorable to a T Southern belle in her white?Uh..uh... to be honest I would not want to spoil you anything. What I want to stress out only is that, this book pretty gave me a heart warming feeling. From start to finish, as you read the history of these siblings with their conflict as well as what went through with the female lead you'll gonna get invested. Because really the book was engaging! The bickering and name calling as well as those flirty moments just got me. Added up with the male lead character of an alpha sexy sweaty of a man that got me on my knees coupled with sexy-panty melting moments and I am a goner. Everything was just worthy to read. Make no mistake though, Everywhere and Everyway is a lighthearted read with a little angst indeed but to tell you, there's more to it than that. I did not expect it though. A lone tear that turned into a streams of tears just flowed without me knowing as I reached almost the end part. It just feels so close to home and it really just got me. I feel like my heart was wrenched and I just felt every emotion and struggle of Morgan one which really made me a mess. To top it all really the book is an enjoyable read. I had fun reading, I love the book and I love the character and I could say I'm not yet through with these leads. Jennifer Probst just delivered a story one you will keep on asking when the next book of the series will come out. It's a little bit angsty that and the drama with the brothers but it's really a fun read. As I ended the book... truly, EVERYWHERE AND EVERYWAY!I can't wait to keep my hands on the next Pierce brother!*ARC kindly provided in exchange for an honest review*
